We had three Panteras and 4 Ford GT-40 replicas join us for the Car Corral at the Pacific NW Historic races over the July 4th weekend. This event was a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo, so lots of Alfas, including more than a few vintage race cars from the 30's through the 50's.

On Saturday, June 19, Panteras Northwest got together to tour two privately owned collections of historic aircraft near Everett, WA. The first was Historic Flight Collection which had beautifil examples of a Lockheed Electra and a P-51B Mudtang, among others, then it was on to Paul Allen's Flying Heritage Collection of WWII birds. On Saturday, May 15, Panteras Northwest hosted a very successful tech session at the lovely home of Brian and Jeannine DeVine. Besides Briane and Jeannine, in attendance were club Secretary, Doug Braun, and his wife, Teri; club Vice President, Mike Thomas; and me.
Brian's silver Pantera was out for some work, but Jeannine's beautiful orange car was right there in the garage, in the process of being restored so that it will look totally stock, with only "inner" go-fast...Read Full Post »
